Situated in the Mersey Valley in the grounds of Sale Waterpark is Cycle Maintenance Academy’s shop, Velo Times. This unique location is simply stunning, offering visitors access to miles of traffic free, scenic circular routes. You can explore Manchester’s industrial past along its canals, visit deer in the grounds of Dunham Massey Park or be amazed by the wildlife at our local Sale and Chorlton water parks.
We offer hardtail mountain and hybrid adult cycles and a range of children bikes as well as trailers and child seats for the little visitors. We’ve got a rental bike to suit every age, ability and terrain nearby.

Cycle Maintenance Academy is an independent family owned and operated business which was set up for two main reasons.
- To make cycling more accessible by sharing our knowledge and expertise of cycle maintenance and repair through free video tutorials.
